1. Give a brief testimony of your salvation. When and how did you get saved?
2. What is the core, internal desire for your life, in the body of Christ, and this generation?
3. What is your major strength (passion, talents/gifts, and special abilities)?
4. What roles do you have in your local Church and the Body of Christ?
5. Are you a leader in the markeplace? What are your leadership roles or responsibilities in your career or other secular areas that currently engage your time?
6. Do you have a specific Dream or Dreams burning in your heart?
7. Is there any assignment(s) given to you by God, you are struggling to commence or to fulfill?
8. What changes should you make to be more productive and intentional in your walk with the Lord?
