Revelation 22:1-4
“[1] And he shewed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb.
[2] In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, was there the tree of life, which bare twelve manner of fruits, and yielded her fruit every month: and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.
[3] And there shall be no more curse: but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it; and his servants shall serve him:
[4] And they shall see his face; and his name shall be in their foreheads.”
God’s response to the present darkness and chaos of our world is the unadulterated river of God (which is the Holy Spirit) flowing from the throne of God and the Lamb to bring revival, healing, and deliverance to the nations and our troubled generation. God’s purpose working through POEM, is to mobilize the praying power of the church and unlock this river and channel it to bring healing and revival to this generation. In particular, in these crusades, the emphasis shifts to the King Jesus (bringing love and affection through worship and making room for the Holy Spirit to impart people in healing, deliverance, prophetic activations, and demonstrations of the Spirit). We shift from the emphasis of our broken, fragmented sense of identity and give God room to love us and bring us past our hurts, hesitations, and transforming victims to victors by the Word. An atmosphere of intimacy is generated, and people are quickly released from self-defeating notions of their distorted identity.
